Give ’em credit: The Change To Win blog makes it all the way through their post on “Unions Boost Productivity” without cracking a written smile. It’s true, they didn’t even throw in a funny little emoticon.
We especially enjoy their use of UPS as an example of a successful unionized company — including the $600 million the company invested in its efficiency-improving technology. The unionization of the employees, CTW says, must also be part of the company’s success. That must be why UPS is doing everything it can to get out of the existing Teamsters pension plan.
We expect their next post to be: “Union Bosses Look Out For Members.” that should be rich.
