The Supreme Court did not take up the case of HealthBridge Management, which appealed a decision of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on the grounds that it did not have a quorum, per the D.C. Circuit Court’s ruling. THis may be the first application for certiorari, but it certainly will not be the last.
