The Politico‘s Ben Smith points out that in Andy Stern’s  interview with the Las Vegas Sun, the SEIU boss refers to EFCA as “card check” no less than three times. Ben Smith says that the EFCA opponents have “won the language wars” because the “other side gives up and starts using your language.” But with various compromise proposals on the table, the debate on EFCA is far from over.
