Workplace freedom got another boost today as Sen. Blanche Lincoln announced her opposition to EFCA and (I believe) cloture. “I cannot support that bill. Cannot support that bill in its current form. Cannot support and will not support moving it forward in its current form.”

It’s an important victory, but there are still many traps ahead. Unions still have plenty of resources to keep fighting. A so-called “compromise” could get introduced that could still hamper workers and employers.
