Today, labor attorney Dmitri Iglitzen has a piece on TomPain(e).com suggesting that joining a union should be as easy as donating an organ.

Let’s take his analogy a little further. Perhaps doctors should be able to take our organs whenever they want, just like labor bosses who deduct union dues without the consent of their members. And what about the people who don’t want to donate their organs, just like the tens of thousands of employees who vote against being unionized each year? Should doctors be able to take their organs whenever they want?
