ACORN: In Our Communities

The SEIU-funded group ACORN is in countless communities — often doing more damage than good. News from Pennsylvania:

An official in the community group Harrisburg ACORN was charged with resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer, and possessing a small amount of marijuana following an incident earlier this month in which Harrisburg Police broke up a community block party …

In the report, the officer, who the city doesn’t identify, said he was responding to a complaint when White approached him and allegedly became verbally combative. After several warnings, the officer said he attempt to arrest White, who allegedly resisted and spit in the officer’s face. The officer said he then maced White and used his body weight to sit on her and handcuff her.

The officer said he then found a small bag containing marijuana in White’s pocket.
