Carpenters Union Drafting Homeless Picketers

From several months ago, this video is still classic: 

“Is a local union crossing the line with recruiting for picketers at area homeless shelters?” So asked a DC-area television station a few months ago when it discovered that the United Brotherhood of Carpenters is paying (non-unionized) homeless people low wages to picket businesses in the stead of unionized construction workers.
