newnlrblogo.jpgSeventy-six years ago today, President Franklin D. Roosevelt established the National Labor Board, which would ultimately become the bastion of unwavering labor jurisprudence we now know as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

A little known fact about the NLRB is that by adding “relations” to its name, the NLRB thought they could fool unions and management to get along. Isn’t the precious?
